What a day. Dh worked until 11pm tonight. A first! He comes home on a conference call, which they are all still on. Poor guy. Company site down since 11am. No bueno. I on the other hand have been good food wise. I've been siting here thinking of eating since 8 worrying about him. Lol. I'm a nervous Nelly. Anyway he comes home to eat so I warm up his plate and think oh I'll eat with him. Um no, he's having pasta and bread and I already ate! Albeit I didn't reach my 100 cals but I wasn't going to break my "fasting" routine. Anyhow, I feel full and bloat sort of thankfully lol. Im going to bed now hope he can get some sleep at some point. Yeah for me though :-) I didn't cave in!
