I feel better today, hopefully tomorrow I will be more normal. I made a vegetable chicken soup and put couscous in it. It filled my bellie, the first time since the stomach flu Thursday. It was nice to eat something besides liquid's. I missed my WW meeting Thursday. I would have felt quilty if I wasnt sick. Looking forward to going this Thursday.
