Today went well for me. I ate a fruit and yogurt parfait from Mc Donalds. It tasted good for only 160 calories. (130 if you skip the granola). I had an orange and some almonds for am snack. I had chinese veggies and hot and sour soup for dinner. I had a small apple and peanut butter for my pm snack. I did not eat lunch today because I was not very hungry and my throat is still irritated. I have yet to exercise, but I am going to when I finish this post. I found a great book called The Weight Loss Bible. I have not finished reading it yet, but I like what I see so far. Any opinions about it? It has some great recipes that I want to try for Thanksgiving. I have decided to post my weigh-ins to every two weeks instead of weekly. I notice changes in the way my clothes fit, but the scale fluctuates too much and I don't want to risk getting discouraged by a number. All of my clothes are gettig too loose and the next smaller size I have is starting to fit, so I m going to go by that until I weigh in again.
