Down a pound. Been trying much harder. No temptations left in house. SU took the chocolate for "a ride" last night and it has not been seen since. Ate cauliflower and cabbage for dinner. Exercised this am and walked to office.
The 5 pounds really makes a difference in how my new skinny jeans fit. Did I mention I went on a skinny jeans binge when I got to 120? Nordstrom Rack made me Customer of the Month for November. Shopping days are over now that I took on another mortgage. It's scary! Having lunch with big client next week to see if I am in or out.

NO you didn't mention. Good for you, in with new out with the old clothes, good way to keep skinny. You DID remove the old clothes, rrrright?? LOL I've been on a roasted cauilflower and roasted brussel sprouts kick too. Excellent job on that pound.

Good for you Dens!!! I never used to think 5 lbs made a difference. Now I know it does. I hope you are "in" ... would be nice to be able to pay that mortgage.

Cindy-my sis has lost 100 pounds so far and I send her my "old" clothes as she reaches a new lower size. I think we are up (or down) to size 10.Thanks Moose-I need all good vibes.
