Lost half a pound!
Had my first dairy since before the cleanse and it was so satisfying, especially having so much protein right after a workout. But too sweet... must buy plain Greek yogurt and blood orange preserves so I can make it as sweet as I like.
Slowly easing back into food this time, instead of jumping back into old habits, and happy to see results. It'll be a slow procession to my goal, but slow and steady wins the race, right?
