I went the gym today for my workout. I rode the elliptical for an hour, walked the treadmill for thirty minutes and rode a recumbent bike for thirty minutes. after exercising, I went to the sauna for fifteen minutes. I ate well today apple and cinnamon oatmeal from scratch, an orange and almonds for snack, flat bread with turkey for lunch, and turkey chili for dinner. I also played kick ball with the kids at the school where I observed today. I had so much fun.
