Hi Jadsl, I only just saw your comment. It's not a code, it's just severly abbreviated, because I enter the same 3 items daily: my calorie intake, the time window for feeding that day, and how much water I drank. I don't use fs for food tracking. I tried once but they are too brand oriented to get my meals accurately accounted. So I keep a running paper list of everything I eat between the start and end hours of my feed. For me it is important to ensure a minimum of 16 hours fast. I'm not losing so quickly as others seem to be because I don't stick to my RDI, which is really a lack of discipline on my part. I know I need to work on that.
