Exercised like a mad woman today! Over 800 calories burned in an hour and I'm feeling good! So encouraging that my stamina is picking up. Might try adding a 20 min pre-breakfast aerobic exercise to my schedule!! Now to figure out what to cook for dinner...thinking bean and pasta soup!
