Woohoo! Weight on the move again Bmi 28.9, %body fat 44.9%🎉🎉 Will try to keep mobile today but the bursitis in my hip has kept me awake last night after walking yesterday.. no pain no gain, but didn't think it would be this sore! Still, the alternative is to continue to eat crap and stay immobile "cos it hurts" and stay fat!😁
Gonna wait til someone else wakes up and have a nice warm bath(can't get out on my own lol)
Plan for today: not working, not hungry, so eating 16:8 should be easier today. Will write a healthy list for OH to go food shopping.
Investigate chair based exercises- book gp appt to discuss these/possible steroid injections repeat after physio next week
Look on diabetes uk website about low carb as Doobrie suggested
I've read so many inspirational posts from fs friends yesterday.. this is obviously as much a learning journey for some of you as it is for me and your support and advice is invaluable... and I ❤️ sitting here smiling seeing others making small or large gains towards better health and understanding.
Keep going and have a successful Saturday fs friends 😁😁👍👍
Ps just realised this is the first time I'm sub 180lbs since 5th march....every victory counts, yay!😁😁

I think FS may have messed up again. Your older posts are showing up on my buddy feed and this newer one has disappeared from it!

Yeah! Poppy! This one didn't show on my buddy feed at all. I don't know if you got the word on the new format that to add or get to your journal you click on your profile picture on the home screen on the iPhone app? They just updated the app in the US region so now I can see what you were talking about!

I have an exercise for bursitis that I was given by a physiotherapist. It works for me - don't know why, but it does. Lie on your back with knees bent. Tip your legs to one side and then the other as far as is comfortable, without moving your back - I do about 10 each side. Helps me to sleep at night.

I need to get a scale that tells body fat too or figure out how to calculate it because I am curious about if I am losing or gaining muscle?
