I got my workout done earlier today and I am so excited to not have that to worry about. I'm still in my recovery week, but that doesn't make the exercises any easier. It's still challenging and will get kicked up a notch. I don't think I'll be ready for it, but I'm committed to completing the program, so I'm just going to have to bring my best and continue to keep pushing. My push ups are getting better, as is my strength and endurance. IT should be interesting to see the progress on my Day #45 Fit Test only because Switch kicks (my nemesis) will be added into the Phase II warm up, so my numbers on that move should be better. I've only watched one video, I'm not sure if it would help to watch the others, but I need to check my calendar to see when Phase II starts. The great thing about WOWY is that it posts on my blog which workouts I have that day b/c you can schedule your workouts. I wish I could port it into my Bberry, but that's probably asking for a lot. My ab/core muscles are getting so strong, I am so excited to see what I can uncover with my better diet. I had some low carb mac and cheese last night, 3 cookies and 2 sips of regular Pepsi. I was going to give myself grief, but nobody's perfect, and I honestly don't care lol. I've been doing 2 workouts a day, eating fantastically, the scale isn't moving, I'm still feeling great so it wasn't me rebelling as much as I just did what I wanted. No regrets I still feel great. I'ts amazing how much better I feel when I work out early, and sticking to high protein really helps w. no bloating and physically just feeling better. Per usual, I didn't go to the supermarket, and it's going to snow. It shouldn't be too bad where I live, but worse case scenario i have tuna, chicken and avocados to tide me over. Did I mention I kicked my Chinese food habit, woo hoo! I literally haven't gone a week to ten days w out chinese food since I was 11, true, sad disgusting but true. lol. I wan't a nap, but I'm not tired, now I'm just rambling, but I'm going to run, and nap or just veg. I'll definitely be doing my Bum Bum workout later on tonight, yay!
