managed today on 279 cals.
considering how stressful it's been (last day of my work placement and a big submission) i'm going to let myself have a little treat. not a beer today, a little sweet treat instead because i'm better at limiting myself with them.
then i'm going to totally chill out.

it struck me today that the 3lbs i've gained is actually a quarter of a stone and that i'm currently at a massive 8 AND A HALF, ew.
that's enough of a realisation to keep me on track!

Be careful! 279 calories is EXTREMELY low! Your body will go into starvation mode and youneill stop seeing results. It is recommended that women eat no less than 1200 calories per day. None of us are perfect so it will be a struggle. Good luck on your weightloss journey!
