managed today on 279 cals. considering how stressful it's been (last day of my work placement and a big submission) i'm going to let myself have a little treat. not a beer today, a little sweet treat instead because i'm better at limiting myself with them. then i'm going to totally chill out.
it struck me today that the 3lbs i've gained is actually a quarter of a stone and that i'm currently at a massive 8 AND A HALF, ew. that's enough of a realisation to keep me on track!
