So it has been a while. So much has happened I have stuck about 75-85% to my diet and considering where I came from that is great in my book. I don't feel like I have gained but I don't know about a loss. I will out tomorrow, I have a doctor's appointment. This next week with thanksgiving will be a challenge. Then... it comes... the dreaded CHRISTMAS COOKIES. Why do I love them so?
