Day 4 of Starting Again
So far, so good!!! I have kept to my goal of eating a plant based diet. I did get some exercise in yesterday by walking two blocks after lunch. (I need more!!)
Breakfast was okay. I ate left over squash & zucchini; two strawberries as I was making my lunch and drank a green smoothie. I feel good; not hungry or empty.
My biggest problem is I have a created habits for myself of eating during certain activities or snacking and so the crave is there but no the hunger.
Today I am breaking habits and destructive mindsets.
