well i think my body is in the groove now. i've been away from home ( still am ) and not eating the best choices i could be making, as in, allowing myself some drinks and desserts and i was afraid to weigh in, but seems like its still working in my favor!!!but overall i'm still eating just veggies, fruits, meats and dairy and so far i'm still not craving that other stuff. yay for me!!
