Today was really hard, running around all day, I missed lunch altogether. I also didn't get to workout which always makes me grumpy. Hopefully tomorrow works out better.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
