I did not stick to the diet today. I did not eat anything bad just not within the plan. I am thinking about trying the original fat smash until I reach the 220s, then switch back to the extreme. I went to the track and walk/ran two miles. When i got home I rode my stationary bike for an hour and the elliptical for 30 minutes. My throat feels kind of scratchy , so I might be comming down with something. I have been taking vitamin c for the past four weeks in hopes of not getting sick. I am constantly around little ones when I volunteer, I constantly wash my hands, and keep sanitizer with me at all times. I am going to still work out even if I don't feel like it. I may try to go to the sauna and sweat out some toxins.

WOW....your exercise is great! Keep it up! As for eating, keep an eye on your portion size, I hear it really helps a lot if you cut down on that, it will come around for you! Good luck!

Wow is right. Great job - you remind me of myself several years ago. I lost 80 lbs about 7 yrs ago - everyone wanted to know what the "magic" pill or food was - they were always disappointed by my answer. Working out 6-7 days a week for at least an hour and a half. I've been keeping up with your posts and you're very dedicated to losing the weight! You ARE going to do it!
