Well it's been a long time since I've been using FS and the numbers show.

53.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 3.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.9 kg a Week

I gained quite a bit of weight the past month but I know I can get back on track.
