Ok, so I know it shows I went WAAAY over my alloted calories for the day, but I set those. The calculater said I was alloted 3,100 cals a day and I changed it to half (1550) so I went over MY allotment, but stayed under fatsecrets... Its been a boring day and I have been too tired from working all day yesterday to go do anything. And as most people know, when you're bored at the house you tend to eat more. I need to find a better way to spend my day off so I don't feel like I need to eat everything in the cabinets...
