The Steam bath and Jacuzzi day

Today I did 30 minutes of cardio and then my instructor put me on two consecutive sets of a series of heavy duty exercises in rapid successions. I did pushups, lunges, squats, weights, crunches, and a few stretching routines. Sweat was dripping all over my face during that time. And kiran was making me push my limits by making each set of 10 repetitions to 15, and set of 15 repetition to 20. It was an exhausting 20 minutes. I guess I lose more water and calories in these 20 mins than 30 mins of cardio.

After that I had Steam bath session for the first time ever. In 15 minutes session amazingly I sweat a lot. Surprisingly I read after coming back that steam bath can make you lose 2 lbs of water in form of sweat, in one hour. I felt really good after the session and it was a relief for my cough too that I had for a while.

Jacuzzi was more of a fun than anything. Just lie down and the jet will tickle your back and toes, giving a gentle massage kind of feel.
