Well its been a while since I wrote but haven't had time to write on here and when I get online I forget til its to late. I have been doing ok no the greatest but today is a new day and ready to start. I did really good eating and just got off the treadmill walked 1.06 miles and it took me about 20 min. I drank tons of water today I lost count after 10 cup full. I have been having slim fast for breakfast and doing south beach for lunch and supper and having a slim fast bar for a snack in the evening. Tonight I had mac and cheese with supper (long day). any way I am going to get my daughter ready for bed and go read some more of this book i got. Til next time...

Great job on the tread mill!! Sounds like the meals are pretty good. However, I would be cautious of the amount of sugars in the slim fast. We used to use them, but since starting south beach, I've switched us to the glucerna shakes! They are tastier and no sugar! I also like the south beach 100 cal bars for snacks. :) Keep up the good work! :)
