Hi all, I am doing well today, except for the fact I did not eat enough early in the day. I ended up eating some popcorn, a piece if turkey in a low fat wrap. For dinner I ate 2 bowls of turkey chilli(about 2 1/2 cups total. I just finished eating the chilli and I feel stuffed. I don't feel bad for eating the chilli. I just feel like I could have eaten less of it and still be satisfied. I am going to ride my bike for an hour while I watch Heroes. I am also going to adhere strictly to the fat smash starting tomorrow.
