I was just oscillating as well. Then I cut dairy (at least week days) and it started showing results.

I've done a low carb diet before. I remember hitting plateaus, and then suddenly the weight would start coming off again. No clue why that happened.

They call it a keto whoosh. Plateauing for a while and then suddenly losing lbs over night. Google it. It's a crazy phenomenon 😉
