I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale - finally broke the 180 mark! On a less happy note, I hate when I eat something and feel like I've wasted calories. I had a Kashi GoLean Crunchy bar for a snack and it tasted like cardboard. At least it was a fee sample and I didn't buy a whole box! Need to start adding some exercise back into my routine and the weight will really come off.
