I made it to the gym today - I did 300m in the pool. Thats not very much, but I've got to start somewherr, and also can't be too sore for work tomorrow. They had pick up volleyball going, so I joined in a round of that as well.
I was dying for something not super rich and fatty, so dinner was kimchi, sauteed spinach, and a korean-style ground beef with a fried egg. My stomach was irritated most of the day from the BPC, and I was ravenous by 12.
My weight is steadily dropping! I know its just the initial keto water weight whoosh, but I'm not complaining!
