The brick wall sucks!
Still hovering around the 206-208 area... This has been going on for months and I am getting a bit irritated. Im picking up my excersize routine and going to do my best to run in my off days. I am updating my food diary daily as well (Very important). I think that my body has become used to the 3 days a week boot camp and I need to shake it up a bit. I really figured I would be below the 200 mark by now. But my arms and chest look pretty good.... you can see a pick of me on my website www.graykinney.com lol!
