14 net carbs for the day! I tried BPC in the morning and stayed suprisingly full - I'm going to try it again in the morning when i have to go to work.
I made cloud bread and it was... okay. It was super delicate and too soft. It was a nice delivery system for almond butter and mayo/bacon. I know its just water weight, but being down 5 pounds already is freaking awesome!
