The sun is back out today. :D
The 3 "mystery pounds" that I put on over the weekend are gone today. At this point, I'm fairly certain that it had to do with hydration; I usually don't drink any water at all during the course of my normal day, only coffee and tea. Also, after kickboxing last night, I got a really bad dehydration headache. All of this is telling me that I need to drink more water during the day.
Other than that, not much is happening today. I have a decent amount of stuff to do at work, but not enough to be stressful. I'm not looking forward to work tomorrow; I have a breakfast meeting with our new CIO, sort of a meet-and-greet type thing. It shouldn't be too bad, but it involves coming to work an hour early, which is for the birds.
Anyway, I hope you all are feeling good today, and making good progress toward your goals.
