Hi there! Im glad I have a buddy. Looking at what you have written; it reminds me of when I use to replace my meals with shakes. I found that late nights were the hardest especially if the long days, translate to late nights too. I now try and eat every 2-3 hours it seems to be keepiong my hunger at bay.

yea its definately not an easy thing to do the shakes and i don't plan on doing it long term . I only made a committment to do it for feb. After that i think i am going to do Belly fat cure by jorge cruise. i did his three hr. diet a few years ago and did really well with it and lost twenty pounds. I agree eating every two - three hours does really help with the hunger and snacking at night. I know he's big on eating that way. Definately going to go back to it.
