I have discovered that I am really falling off the healthy eating wagon since my weigh in last week. I gained almost 2 lbs and followed my plan to a T. Now I'm busier because I have tons of school work in addition to taking care of my kids, keeping house, job searching,etc... I am eating way too much grab and go pizza instead of planning and cooking balanced meals for myself. I've got to get it together! No more self sabotaging!
