I drink 64 oz and exercise morning and evening 1 to 2hrs daily. I have 3 to 5 bowel movements daily... Wow..I am flushing all this stored fat. Just seeing the stuff I am passing and smelling makes me never want to abuse my body again. Now I see why we suffer from so many diseases. Storing all these toxins in our bodies. I know its gross but i had to share this with everyone.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
