Exercise: Not much today. Some stretching, vibram foot exercises, 100-ups, and some crunches this morning. Had to be at work early and left late, so no cardio.
Diet: Breakfast: Atkins shake Lunch: lean hamburger patty with an egg and cheddar cheese Snack: sushi Dinner: Made some "not quite Peking" chicken wrapped in lettuce, cauliflower "fried rice" w/ mushrooms, and almond green beans. Damn, that was good - and almost no carbs.
