Just checking in again. Although I haven't been logging in and recording foods, I have been pretty well behaved with my WOE. Haven't lost, but haven't gained, and I cheated between Xmas and NY....the whole week! Anyway, back to the grind and starting a new workout with my son who is a crossfit trainer this week. HOpe it brings positive results! On another note, I finally convinced my husband to get on board and he dropped 12 lbs in 1 week!!! Amazing! He's not even 100% faithful and still showed results like that. 3rd week into it and he is down 17 lbs! So happy for him!
