Ugh, I didn't sleep well and I don't feel well. Makes for a long morning of teaching. I read somewhere that when you are tired, do not confuse the feeling of sleepiness for hunger. I know this information, but I cannot follow it. WhenI am tired/bored I eat. Stop it Deb!!!
