Well, I'm up 2 lbs. A little surprised. I did drink red wine over the weekend, but did stay within the no sugar/flour bright lines so don't feel guilty or upset with myself. I ate rather well being out of town - salads for every meal, chili was an option a couple of times. I chose VERY wisely so I'm ok with the blimp in the scale. This week no events, get togethers so I'll skip the wine and see how much better the week is.
The lifestyle and habits are really beginning to take shape and feel good, somewhat easier and looking forward to when it is all just automatic!
