Well back in the swing of things...I am remotivated and restarted the Abs Diet on Monday, cut up a weeks worth of veggies and cookied chicken for a filling chopped salad for lunch, the "Flat Out" wraps are great, no fat only 100 calories, 9 grams protien and 8 grams of fiber. I used them as a breakfast wrap and even used them to make "thai Pizza" (found the recipe in Abs diet 6 min meals book). My long term goal is to get under 120 but my short term goal is to get down to 130 before thanksgiving..........
60.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Sounds like your off to a great start. I do something similar with preparing my lunch for a week ahead of time. I will cook some veggies, brown rice, and chicken or tuna and eat that for lunch myself. FYI ... that picture is so adorable.
