The 20th was a busy day. Did not take time to eat, but did shop for lowfat, healthy foods. I was starving when I started home and it would have been so easy (and i wanted to) stop at a fast food place and eat, BUT, instead, I bought a healthy choice dinner and made that when I got home. It was quick and easy and way better than burger and fries.
