Well it never fails - I lay off tracking for a few days, and the weight creeps up. There's alot of stress in my life right now, what with trying to sell my house and all; plus I'm supposedly training for a marathon relay team, so I decided not to try and lose weight right now. Well, that's practically giving myself permission to eat whatever fattening crap I want. Not good, especially since I really struggled to run 3 miles this morning. They say you can't outrun a bad diet, well apparently you can't train on one, either. So, back to tracking - not for calories, but to make sure I'm eating quality foods! Yep, training to be a badass, or my name's not TaurielFan!
