Hello all sorry for not writing any Journal entries before I'm just not good at the typing thing but I do want to say I enjoy reading everyone's entries they inspire me so much I've lost over 20 pounds so far and feel great I love buying new jeans I was in 36 waist in November now 33's and I fit in 32's but just a bit snug good luck to all I know we can do it
