If you don't feel great, walk around the house in 10 or 15 minute segments and keep track of the time. You will be surprised at how many calories that burns if you do an hour. Put some music on and make it fun.

I just read the joke that was on jessy's journal and it made me think
what I used to say to my kids stop playing video games and let's go out and play ball. Now I sit here looking at myself and thinking now I'm playing video games , i'm sitting in front of a computer and after retiring from doing that all day ! In my head I can hear my mom telling me go out and play! I used to to practice with temperatures in the 100's and sommetimes having a fever in the rain and do it everyday
So the body might be a LITTLE older be my attitude is still intact.
I drank that orange juice and now I think my mother is calling me
I'm going to play some ball today!!

I went out and played the back nine with some doctor friends of my wife

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling sick the weather is so crazy it must be that hot tea with some honey and lemon always makes my throat feel better! Hope you get well soon!
