The scale says I've reached my goal weight, however I'm not going to change my weight for 1 week and make sure that I've actually lost the 4 evil little pounds that plague me. I will be changing my goal to 140 next week if the weight stays off my butt.
I truly believe it's been the increase in water and decrease in salt that has finally got the scale to move! My eating and exercise has not really changed in the past 2 weeks...just the salt and water thing.

Whoo Hooo!!! Way to to (I can't wait to get below 200) and that's a good point, I reduced my salt intake today, as well. Congratulations!

Awesome! 20 lbs lost! I'm sure you are going to hit it. Congratulations! Stay focused. If your're having challenges, may try Phase 1 again for a couple of weeks since the weight loss is greater in Phase 1 than in Phase 2.
