I did pretty good yesterday,I hope to try and get back to working out, I stopped working out have hip and back pain ,my hip has bursitis and siotica in my back,so I'll just start out slow and counting and weighting everything I turn 55 on March 5 ,I'm not ready to feel old

My better half has back problems, she alternate's cardio/resistance exercise days with yoga days to stretch out. It's helped her a lot since she added the yoga.

Also try water arobics it helps with pain on your joints.
