Hi! I'm here to tell you that you can do it. I'm still trying every day to stay positive and keep losing. Since Aug. 06, I've lost 98 pounds. It hasn't been easy, but it has been steady. No surgery, just doing it the old fashioned way - eat less, but better stuff, and exercising. I have some 'little weights' too. They're 5 lbs. and I walk and jog with them. It really makes a difference. I work out at home too. After my husband leaves in the morning before I have to get ready for work, I put some 'dance-like' music on, and just act a fool! No one sees me, and I feel like a kid again. Those small changes do add up, they really do. You can do it, I can too. I've still got 45 pounds I need to lose. Think positive!
