A big loss... I have been so busy this past week that if I hadn't lost a decent amount, I'd have been surprised, but I didn't expect 4 lbs. I guess all the activity has been enough, even though it wasn't technically exercise, to burn up the fat. I also was back onto my modified Phase 1.
Summer is going to be a good time, I think. I have unearthed some old shorts and tees that have been packed away since before the first of three pregnancies in 5 years. They're not really stylish anymore, but they are great motivators. I have had to get rid of several pairs of shorts/jeans/slacks that literally wouldn't stay up anymore. Now I'm hitting the thrift stores and yard sales to find stuff that will fit until I get to my goal, which is suddenly so within reach!
