i know i should weigh myself because you cant control what you cant track
but i feel fat and look fat so obviously i do not weigh 56kgs anymore
ive been IF for 20 hours each day. and today is day 4. i plan on doing this until next week thursday.
ive hardly been exercising. i think im just feeling low.
OH WELL TODAY IS THURSDAY AND TOMORROW FRIDAY AND THEN I CAN SLEEP LATE AND RUN LONG.
