Down .8 pounds this morning. Not much, but it's SOMETHING. Not sure what I did different, or maybe it's just slowing down after that initial drop. Anyway - still on target. Since I've started, I've been offered MOUNDS of sweets, and really had little to no trouble saying no. :-) I am still weak - had to rest my arms halfway through brushing out my crazy hair this morning, but I feel like that should sorta be expected. Didn't want my salad for lunch...had an Atkins shake for lunch and I'm perfectly happy with that. BUT, I don't know how important it is to get all 20 carbs in - only at 4 today, and only got 9 yesterday...have to check on that
