Ok, I was 224 for a day or so. It did not stick. Especially, my daughter and kids visiting, extra food, beer and all....One lb up today, at 225. This is the 3rd week I am starting out with 225, but 3-4 beers add up. Beware of the evil powers of "celebrating"..:-)
