Saturday 11th
1218 calories / noon to 7pm / 42 oz.

Made a lot of effort to make up for my splurge Thursday night. Looks to have worked well as I lost another 2#. Won't be able to squat for a while since the surgery on my leg. Doing more resistance exercises - lifting 3# and 5# dumbbells. Looking at possibly a weekly yoga session. Things going good right now.
