Another great day on Atkins! We ate taco stuffed peppers last night and they were very good. We have been doing new recipes about three times a week. We also had beef chop suet which was terrific also. I need to get walking at least five days a week. I may start doing the exercises In The Beck Diet Solution book again. They are tgreat and easy behavior modification exercises. I weighed this morning and I have lost 9 lbs. now. I am at 200 lbs. and hoping I drop below 200 this week. Today I am going to read on my new Kindle Fire, crosstitch and work on my Bible study homework. I need to work on my house. I'm so glad to be back on Atkins.
