I don't know what went wrong, my scale, who knows. I thought I was doing so well. That has really dampened my spirits. I've decided to exercise more and cut out bacon and sausage. Those 2 things are making my whole family fat b/c they eat the carbs plus the greasey meats and cheeses. I can't have that, not this chilly time of year. We'll see how I do next week. I am exercising a lot more so we'll see.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you tried turkey bacon? It would be healthier than pork bacon.

Don't let the scale get you down. With Atkins we fluctuate weight from week to week. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. I personally like turkey bacon better than regular bacon. I like it crisp done in the microwave. Hang in there and stay strong!

They sometimes put fillers in turkey bacon. Maybe make the turkey stuff for them and the real stuff for you. Good luck!
