Anyone, any experience with dried mushrooms powder? I bought some dry mushroom at my Hong Kong supermarket, and blended in the blender, dry, no water. In a few seconds turned into a white, fine powder. I added it to my lunch broth with an egg drop. 3tbs, which may very well be at least 5-6 medium mushrooms. It did flavor my soup nicely. It has some carbs, but not a lot.It was delicious...Concentrated food.
Anyone?

I was hoping you'd get some responses, because I just bought some too. I guess we'll have to rely on the interweb and youtube. - and our own experimentation. Let me know what you discover.
